Shipping policy

This policy applies primarily to digital products supplied by Digital Joinery Lab Limited.

1. Digital Delivery

Digital products are supplied electronically and do not require physical shipping.

Digital products may include:

  • Build packages, including Reference files;
  • Manufacturing drawings and technical information;
  • CAD and BIM files;
  • Downloadable resources;
  • Templates and libraries;
  • Training videos and courses;
  • Software, scripts and macros; and
  • Other electronically supplied content.

Digital products will normally be supplied by email, download link, account access or another electronic delivery method stated on the relevant product page.

2. Delivery Following Payment

Digital content will normally be supplied following successful payment.

Where delivery is by email, the customer is responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address.

Customers should check their spam or junk folder if an expected delivery email has not been received.

3. Delivery Times

Some digital products may be supplied automatically shortly after payment.

Other digital products may require manual processing and will be supplied within the timeframe stated on the relevant product page or order confirmation.

Any delivery timeframe stated for a digital product is an estimate unless expressly stated or agreed to be a guaranteed delivery time.

4. Problems Receiving Digital Content

If you have not received your digital product within the expected timeframe, please contact Digital Joinery Lab Limited.

Please provide:

  • Your order number;
  • The email address used for the order; and
  • Details of the product purchased.

Where appropriate, we may resend the relevant delivery email or provide replacement access.

5. Download & Access Responsibility

Customers are responsible for downloading, saving and securely storing supplied digital files where applicable.

Where reasonably possible, we may provide replacement access to previously purchased digital content, but continued or indefinite access is not guaranteed unless expressly stated on the product page.

Where access is provided through a link, account or online platform, any stated access period or download limit will be described on the relevant product page.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access, software, hardware and system requirements for the digital product purchased.

6. Incorrect Email Address

Digital Joinery Lab Limited is not responsible for delays caused solely by an incorrect email address supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error in your email address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the delivery details where possible.

7. Manufactured Products & Individually Quoted Work

Manufactured products and other project-specific work are normally supplied under a separate quotation, specification, scope of work or contract.

Any applicable manufacturing lead time, delivery method, delivery charge, delivery area, access requirements and other delivery arrangements will be stated or agreed as part of the relevant quotation or contract.
